ICB tecnologie srl leader in the production of professional systems in the confectionery field has just introduced the new “SCIOGLICHOC DIGITAL” in order to melt and to maintain the chocolate to the wished temperature.

The introduction of the new digital system and the lateral probe has perfected the temperature control. “SCIOGLICHOC DIGITAL” comprises a resistant plastic support, a removable stainless steel container and a lid that will assure a fast cleaning operation.

The temperature set up on the display is maintained constant by a heating system,
allowing the operator to obtain a perfect final result.

Four various models are available: 3,5Lt – 6Lt – 9Lt – 13,7Lt.
