ROLLERO is a croissant rolling machine that can make enroll up to 1800 croissants per hour just by placing a dough triangle (whose thickness is from 3 to 5 mm) on the dedicated conveyor belt. Two models available: Rollero, ideal for standard croissants, and Rollero Plus, ideal for softer and harder doughs, gluten free, etc.
